Alexis Freedberg, MD, is a geriatric psychiatrist specializing in the complex needs of older adults. Before joining McLean Hospital, she held leadership roles at Cambridge Health Alliance and Tufts University, and has been recognized for excellence in clinical education. She has also led a behavioral health team delivering integrated mental health care to homebound older adults, and her clinical experience spans hospital, neurotherapeutics, assisted living, and home-based settings.

Murphy Harrell-Monty, PhD, is a staff psychologist in McLean’s Neuropsychology Department. Her clinical interests range across the lifespan including assessment of problematic personality traits in young adulthood to neurodegenerative conditions in late life. Dr. Harrell-Monty’s research interests thus far have largely focused on executive functioning and emotion regulation across the lifespan.
